If the following chart is greatly inaccurate we will send a make up bill after your order is sent.

A box charge of $2 is added to the shipping cost if a large box is required. This charge does not apply to seed orders or orders that require small boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is expensive, our plants tend to be heavy. The actual cost of shipping depends on the zone that you reside in as well as the variety of plants that you have ordered. Please note the actual shipping cost may be higher than the chart indicates and that the chart is an estimate only.

SHIPPING TIME
Most plant orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days of being received. We strive to ship within two days after order is received. We usually ship via Priority Mail. (UPS ground or parcel post for very heavy packages).

PLANT SIZE. The plants you receive will look "full" in the size pot indicated.
1 gal. pot is 6" in diameter (8" deep).
2 gal pot is 8" in diameter.
5 gal. pot is 12" in diameter.

PACKING
The plants are shipped without soil. Cacti and Succulents and many desert plants don't mind being out of their potting medium for a few days or even weeks. All orders are carefully packed to insure the safety of the plants. A few branches may break in the process but usually this will not affect the plants health. Remember to open up your plants and ready them for their new garden as soon as possible.

GUARANTEES
All plants that we sell are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the plant for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or a replacement. Please email us first. We carefully inspect all plants to confirm that only healthy, vigorous plants are shipped. If any problems do occur, we are available by email and telephone to answer any questions.

We exercise care to have all seeds and plants true to name; however, no warranty is expressed or implied. Any liability will be limited to purchase price of the plants and seeds. Please report any problems, claims or questions about your plants or seeds upon receipt so we may adjust, correct, replace or refund to your satisfaction.
