  About Us
The foundation of our company starts in 1994 with Internet Access, Inc. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this Internet Service Provider started with a humble four modems, one Sun SPARC 20 Server, one Cisco 2501 Router and a leased 56K line to UUNET. At that time, UUNET had six sales associates worldwide. Under the operation of two brothers, Jeffrey and Claude Gong, Internet Access Inc. grew to become one of the largest and best known Internet Service Providers in the Phoenix area, with customers as far away as Hong Kong.

In April of 2000, Internet Access, Inc. was sold to Cleardata. By December of 2000, Cleardata had filed for bankruptcy. The brothers decided to re-incorporate with the Registered Trademark of GetNet(tm) and were in full operation within 30 days. Like the mythical Phoenix bird, the two brothers created a new company in the city of Phoenix.

GetNet(tm) is an Internet company that owns and operates all of its own equipment. The fundamental principle has always been to use the best equipment and techniques to provide the most reliable service possible. Better service means less technical support staff is required. This translates into lower operational costs.

The GetNet(tm) staff are experts in all aspects of the Internet including: network routing, peering and switching. On the server side, our staff can deploy all Internet Services including, but not limited to: Email, Web Hosting, Domain Name Services, Authentication Services, and others.

GetNet(tm) will always have the right answer, despite the fact that these answers may not be the ones our customers were seeking to hear. Because it is our job to understand the network and network servers, we will faithfully translate this information into straight answers so our clients can make informed decisions that affect their operations.
