2. All Pick-Up Orders require pre-payment. You can call in with credit
card details or use our secure order form. Sales tax is 8.3 % (there are no other fees)

PLEASE NOTE: If you DO NOT pick-up your seed or plant order within 5
working days after the specified pick-up date, the plants will be returned
to inventory and you will be charged a 20% Cancellation and Restocking Fee.

PLANT DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION::
We currently cannot deliver or install your plants. Contact The Cactus Doctor.com
for a quote to deliver and plant.

SEED ORDERS

OUR GUARANTEE

We offer a 30 day guarantee. If a plant fails within 30 days of receipt, we can issue a refund, or a replacement plant (if available).

This guarantee does not cover loss due to neglect, animals, winter losses,
severe weather, or for plants installed in soil or sun conditions that not suitable
for the specific plant.
